Jed had another year of tremendous wrestling success. As a Junior he completed his season with a 53-2 record. The 2011/2012 season involved changes such as high school realignment moving Payson to the 3A division and Payson competing for the first time at Reno TOC. Jed remained undeafeated to any Utah wrestlers. Jed was able to redeem 1 of the 2 seasonal losses received at Reno TOC, when he met for the 2nd time, Hayden Tuma of Centenial Idaho. Jed avenged his earlier loss with a 4-2 decision in overtime.

Other than Reno, Jed took the championship at every tournament wrestled at this season Including the 3A State Championship, where he finished with 3 pins and the championship match with a tech fall. No wrestler scored against him.
